Every time my own stores needed creatives it was the same circus: a discovery call, a brief, a retainer, a $3,200 invoice and three weeks of waiting — for ads I could have described in one sentence. I never wanted the relationship. I wanted converting ads, sharp angles, a fair price, now.
Nobody sold that. So I built a production line that does — and pointed it at my own stores first. Running this machine's ads on Meta and Pinterest, our own stores sold over $1.1M of product in its first six months. OUTPUT ADS is that same machine, opened to the public.
